ABOUT US
We're Here to Change the World, One Brilliant Mind at a Time
We were never broken. We were just misread, misdiagnosed, or completely missed. BRNWLD is a bold space for neurodivergent brilliance, built by us, for us. It was born from burnout, late diagnosis, and the realisation that the systems built to help us were actually built to contain us. We’re not here to fix people we’re here to ignite the strengths they’ve had all along, and to change the world that never saw them coming. We’re done waiting for permission. This is a movement and it’s personal.

OUR VISION
I built what I needed – this is for every woman who dimmed her fire to carry others, and every divergent spark ready to burn bright.

ABOUT JUSTINE OUR FOUNDER
My Boys Lit The Spark
Before BRNWLD, I was where so many women find themselves –overwhelmed, burnt out and still performing at a high level. I was an award-winning creative director, a mother, and a woman who looked like she had it all together but was quietly unravelling.
The real shift came when my boys started struggling in the same systems that failed me. I saw it clearly: we weren't broken, just built differently. And brilliance was being lost in systems that didn’t know how to hold it.
So this work is personal. It’s for every woman who kept going when she needed help; for every divergent kid who deserved better; and for every leader building real change in the workplace.
Our Team
We're neurodivergent-led, professionally trained, and driven by lived experience. Meet the coaches, trainers, and troublemakers building a better system – one brain at a time.

OUR APPROACH
We Coach Differently
Because We've Lived It
We know what it’s like to grow up feeling “too much” or “not enough,” to burn out in workplaces that weren’t built for your brain, to mask so hard you forget who you are. We also know what it’s like to watch your child be misunderstood, sidelined, or treated unfairly and to carry the quiet rage and fierce love that comes with that. That lived experience runs through everything we do. But we don’t project it onto our clients. We meet you with curiosity, not assumptions. With questions, not checklists. We don’t fix we partner, reflect, challenge, and support.
Our approach is strengths-based, neuro-affirming, and always grounded in real life. We coach across the neurodivergent ecosystem: adults, kids, teens, families, practitioners, and leaders. Because this isn’t just about coping; it’s about building a life where you and your people can actually thrive.
