BRNWLD
Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers to the most common questions we hear from parents considering ADHD coaching.
Q1: Do you coach parents individually or with their partner?
Most sessions are one-on-one, though partners can join if both want to learn the same framework. Working together builds shared language and consistency at home.
Q2: What ages do you support?
We primarily work with parents of children and teens aged 7–19. Strategies adapt to developmental stage so you can use the same tools as your child grows.
Q3: Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. Most sessions are online, making ADHD parent coaching accessible wherever you are in Australia. We also offer in-person sessions in Adelaide.
Q4: How much does parent ADHD coaching cost?
Parent Coaching is $300 for 50 minutes or $450 for 90 minutes. All sessions are booked securely online, with payment processed automatically at booking.
Q5: Do you work directly with children too?
Sometimes, but our focus begins with equipping parents first. Once regulation improves at home, child sessions can be added to reinforce new systems and routines.

WHAT WE WORK ON IN PARENT AND FAMILY ADHD COACHING
You don’t need more parenting advice — you need insight, systems, and strategies that work with your child’s brain, and your own.
BRNWLD Coaching gives parents practical ways to restore calm, consistency, and confidence at home.
01
Executive Function
ADHD impacts how focus, planning, and working memory operate — it’s interest-based, not willpower-based. Coaching helps parents and kids build systems that work with their natural motivation. You’ll reduce friction, simplify follow-through, and create momentum that actually sustains attention and action.
02
Burnout & Emotional Regulation
Big emotions aren’t misbehaviour; they’re biology. Coaching helps parents recognise cues, stay grounded, and teach kids to regulate through connection, not control. We also address parent burnout — building routines for recovery, shared regulation, and realistic expectations so the household regains calm and everyone’s capacity resets.
03
Boundaries & Family Roles
When expectations are unclear, everyone burns out. We clarify roles, routines, and limits so your household runs with consistency and fairness. Boundaries become shared agreements — protecting energy, reducing resentment, and helping each family member feel safe and understood.
04
Parent Confidence
Parenting ADHD often comes with guilt and second-guessing. We rebuild clarity, trust, and calm authority so you can respond instead of react. You’ll gain insight into your own wiring, communicate more effectively, and feel steadier leading through unpredictable moments.
05
Systems That Work
Generic parenting advice fails because it ignores neurodivergent brains. Together, we design flexible routines for mornings, homework, and transitions that fit your family’s real life. No more chaos-to-crash cycles — just structures that hold when things get busy or emotional.
06
Real-World Change
Insight matters only if it holds under pressure. Coaching turns new strategies into habits that last — so you can keep momentum when stress rises, routines wobble, or old patterns creep back. This is about building change that stays, not quick fixes.
